The Shores Apartments in Marina Del Ray consists of 544 residential units across 12 interconnected multi-story buildings, plenty of amentity spaces, and a two-level subterranean garage. When it was built, it was the largest HUD funded project in US history.
Del Valle Family Apartments
Tesoro Del Valle is a 121-unit affordable development with two, three and four-bedroom large family units. Construction is a Type I wooden structure over a Type I concrete podium for secure subterranean parking. Tesoro Del Valle is built on a 2.28-acre site, part of a 6.67-acre master development located next to the new Avenue 26 Gold Line Station northeast of downtown Los Angeles.
Flores Del Valle Family Apartments
Flores Del Valle is a 146-unit affordable development with two-, three- and four-bedroom large family units. Flores Del Valle replaced a blighted, vacant warehouse and is helping to revitalize a historic neighborhood northeast of downtown Los Angeles. Construction is a Type I wooden structure with a courtyard site design over a Type I concrete podium for secure subterranean parking.

Taisei provided construction services for this new, mid-rise luxury apartment building located on a prominent corner of Wilshire Boulevard in Westwood. This six-story, 245,000 square foot Type I concrete building contains 94 luxury one, two, three bedroom suites and studios, designated housekeeping units, and a spacious lobby with concierge and high-tech security station, over a three level subterranean parking structure.
